Pastor Deshawn Jackson is the co-founder, co-pastor, and first lady of Christian Lifestyle Ministries located in Southfield, Michigan, U.S.A. She serves alongside her husband, Pastor Dion Jackson, Sr, who serves as Senior Pastor. Affectionately referred to as “Co-Pastor D,” Pastor Deshawn Jackson serves in multiple leadership capacities within her church, including Administrative Pastor, Director of the School of the Sword of the Spirit School of Christian Education and Information Technology Ministry. She also oversees several ministries within her church.

 

Pastor Deshawn's gifts go beyond her church, in which she has served as the Conference Coordinator for the Michigan Southern District of the Full Gospel Baptist Church International. She and her husband served as the Directors of Marriage over the State of Michigan for the Full Gospel Baptist Church International as well. Over the past seventeen years, she has served in building ministry by leading youth ministry, leading ministerial alliance teams, building deacon ministry, and leading prophets in training. She and her husband are strong advicates of marriage, so they started a ministry entitled Marital Matters in which they teach, counsel and serve marriages of all ages.

 

One of Pastor Deshawn's strongest anointings is in the prophetic, in which she flows heavily in the word of knowledge, prophecy, dreams, and interpretation of dreams. Due to the necessity of prayer for the prophetic, she has developed a strong intercessory prayer life in which she has been charged by God to form a Fourth Prayer Watch group that, among other things, intercedes for those with sicknesses and ailments.

 

Pastor Deshawn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Instrumental Music and a Master’s degree in Education Administration. She is also a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is a founding member of the Impact University School of the Prophetic, founded by Apostle John Eckhardt.
